While you may not interact daily, your Property Manager is always on call—coordinating staff, resolving any issues quickly, and ensuring every detail meets our standards of comfort, safety, and quality.

Concierge
Your Concierge, Enrique , is your personal guide to the Bella Vita experience. Before arrival and throughout your stay, they assist with planning, reservations, transportation, excursions, spa services, special celebrations, and custom requests.
Whether you’re looking for a private tour, a beachside massage, a birthday surprise, or local recommendations tailored to your group, your Concierge ensures every plan feels effortless and well-considered.

Butler / Bartender
Your Butler/Bartender, Eduardo brings hospitality to life throughout the day. He assists with meal service, beverage preparation, and guest comfort—ensuring drinks are refreshed, tables are beautifully set, and moments of gathering feel relaxed and welcoming.
From morning coffee and afternoon cocktails to sunset toasts and evening drinks, they create a warm, attentive atmosphere without ever being intrusive.

Housekeeper
Your Housekeeper, Isabela, ensures the villa remains a peaceful, pristine retreat throughout your stay. Daily cleaning services keep bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas fresh, organized, and inviting.

Groundskeeper

Their work keeps the villa’s outdoor areas lush, inviting, and ready for barefoot walks, pool days, and sunset views.

Executive Chef
Your Executive Chef, Zu, leads the culinary experience with creativity, precision, and care. They design menus, source ingredients, and oversee every meal—balancing flavor, presentation, and dietary preferences.
