We loved Bella Vita! It is a gorgeous house overlooking the ocean. The property is exquisite and a place you can celebrate with friends or family. We went with friends and fell in love. Want to go back and enjoy again.

This villa is absolutely stunning. It’s oceanfront, in an exclusive and quiet part of Tulum. During our stay we were so spoilt by the incredible staff. We ate delicious meals, drank way too much because the bartender is so good at making cocktails, and were able to fully recharge sitting by the pool and soaking up the spectacular view. It’s such a luxury to wake up and have a gorgeous breakfast prepared, go for a long beach walk, come back and our rooms are already perfectly made up. Every detail has been thought about, from bathroom mirrors with built-in lighting, to deluxe bed linens, to the fully stocked bar. There are multiple spots to hang out, inside and out, so perfect for a large group. We can\\\'t wait to come back!

Villa Bella Vita is truly an amazing property! Rain or shine, each day was full of fun and fabulous service! The staff were all very attentive and happy to accommodate special requests. There is plenty to do inside and outside, whether you want to warm up in the sun or cool down in the luxurious air conditioning. Overall, I could not have had a better experience and will be returning soon!

Wonderful family holiday! Our family was looking for a luxury getaway in Tulum. We all have various vacation interests from golfing, downtown scene, ruins, and water activities. Villa Bella Vita was the perfect destination! It’s perfectly located for easy access to all the things we wanted to do and we each had luxury hotel room-like accommodation. The staff and the amenities, top notch! The chef, exceptional! It was easy to relax and get into a vacation mode with these spectacular beach sunrises. We can’t wait to come back!

A Tropical Paradise Beyond Expectations – 5 Stars Our stay at this stunning 8-bedroom villa in Tankah, Tulum was nothing short of magical. Nestled right by the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, the villa offers a rare blend of luxury, comfort, and privacy that’s perfect for large families or groups. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the panoramic ocean views, lush tropical landscaping, and the warm hospitality of the staff. Each of the eight spacious bedrooms felt like a private sanctuary—elegantly designed with artisanal touches, en-suite bathrooms, and most with ocean views or private terraces. The common areas were just as impressive. We spent our mornings lounging by the infinity pool, afternoons snorkeling in the calm waters of the bay (right outside the villa!), and evenings dining under the stars on the beachfront patio. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we even had the option of a private chef who prepared fresh, locally inspired meals that were absolutely delicious. What sets this villa apart is not just the luxury, but the peaceful setting of Tankah. Unlike the busier hotel zones, Tankah offers a sense of seclusion while still being a short drive to downtown Tulum and nearby cenotes. If you’re looking for a place that brings people together while offering space to relax and recharge, this villa is it. Our group of retired CEOs had a wonderful stay at Bella Vita. Highly recommended. The home is very high end and comfortable - we were 8 people and each of us had an en-suite bedroom with bath equal or better than a great hotel. The common areas are fantastic, with many spaces to relax, take meals, have meetings or lounge by to pool and sea. The home could not have been better equipped for our group. Staff was also fantastic- each of the staff was attentive and ready to help meet every need. The meals we took in the Villa were great- and the chef checked in each day to accommodate our preferences on taste and timing. The butler/bartender was another big bonus- the staffing was better than advertised. The area around the Villa is quiet - easy to create your own party at the house but if you want a “scene” it is a 30 minute drive to town. I would stay here again.

Bella Vita was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff was amazing! The chefs cooked delicious meals and were very attentive, the bartender was incredible and always wanting to make sure everyone had everything they needed and housekeeping and maintenance did an awesome job to clean our rooms and the property every day. His was the most relaxing vacation I would HIGHLY recommend this property. Also, being right on the water the views were spectacular. You can watch a gorgeous sunrise every morning. You will not be disappointed.

I LOVE this house! If I were to choose to stay anywhere on the coast of Mexico, I’d pick this house ◡̈ It’s perfect for family reunions, group getaways or a big family trip!

I’m used to finding a great hotel with perfect setting for my special vacations. This time, I tried renting Bella Vita for my family group of ten. We walked in through a beautiful entry and we were greeted by a spectacular floor to ceiling ocean view that literally took my breath away. The location was stunning - honestly, we all felt like royalty. The interior is very spacious and perfectly designed to capitalize on the stunning views. The exterior is better than any five star hotel plus it has great privacy. And I can’t forget to mention the friendly staff who catered to our every need and request. Sip a cocktail created by Eduardo while you wait for the most delicious meal crafted by chefs Antonio and Jesus. Truly the most amazing location - when you can tear yourself away from this beautiful home, it’s just a short drive away from many ruin sites, rafting, cenotes, shopping and so much more. Oh, and the snorkeling along the beach was awesome - we saw coral reefs, turtles swimming, beautiful fish and the water was warm and clear. A few suggestions - rent an SUV for ease of driving. The house has many water shoes and snorkel gear but you may want to bring your own. They have lots of board games - I donated scrabble to the supply - in the most beautiful game/tv room with floor to ceiling ocean view from the second story. And the house has lots of sand toys and pool floaties too. A kayak as well. I know you’ll love this home. Enjoy!
