Bella Vita is about a 20 to 25-minute drive from Tulum’s Hotel Zone, depending on traffic. You’ll be close enough to enjoy the scene but far enough to relax in peace.

 Bella Vita is located at Lote 16, Tankah Bay, Tulum, Mexico (Tankah Bay, QROO, 77772). It’s set in a peaceful bay area, just 0.2 km from Soliman Bay and 1.8 km from Cenote Manatí, offering both seclusion and accessibility.

Yes! The villa offers beach access, a private pool, and nearby adventure opportunities like kayaking, snorkeling, and cenote exploration – perfect for families with children.

 While the villa itself does not have a gym, there is one nearby, about 20 minutes away (13 km) from the property.

 Yes, high-speed internet is available throughout the villa, so you can stay connected during your stay.

Food & Beverage

General

 Each guest can select their own individual meals. The villa’s private chef can accommodate personalized meal preferences, so everyone enjoys what they love.

 Absolutely! A private chef is included in your stay, offering custom menus tailored to your tastes. You can arrange gourmet meals, themed dinners, and more. Let us know your preferences in advance!

It is recommended to drink only filtered or bottled water during your stay. The villa provides purified water for drinking and cooking.

 A bartender is available at the poolside bar; however, alcohol is not included in the base rate. You may bring your own or arrange alcohol purchases ahead of time.

 Bella Vita is not all-inclusive. The nightly rate includes the villa rental, full staff, a private chef (ingredients and groceries extra), daily housekeeping, and two complimentary 50-minute massages for stays of 4+ nights.

Transportation

 Transportation is not included, but private transfers can be arranged at your request. You can also coordinate to have a driver on standby for local trips or excursions.

Beach

 Yes! The villa is beachfront, offering direct access to the sand and sea. However, the beach is rocky—water shoes are strongly recommended. For swimming, you might prefer nearby areas or beach clubs in Tulum.

Payments

 Both cash and credit cards are accepted at most restaurants and stores in the area. It’s still a good idea to carry some local currency (MXN) for tips, taxis, or small purchases.

Yes, consider the following:

  • 24% additional for taxes and service charges
  • Security deposit: Either $2,000 USD (refundable) or a $199 USD insurance fee (non-refundable)
  • Day pass fee: $75 USD/person/day for extra guests
  • Extra cleaning fee for pets (if permitted)
  • Grocery costs for meals prepared by the chef

Transportation services, if arranged

 Groceries are purchased on your behalf, and the cost is settled separately during your stay. You’ll be provided with receipts and can reimburse the staff or pay via credit card based on arrangements made ahead of your visit.
